Key Elements
1. Materials Responsibility
By submitting this application, the participant acknowledges that they are required to bring their own materials for the activity and for any participants under their responsibility. The Outpost is unable to provide or financially cover any additional materials required for participation.
2. Application Fee & 50% Deposit
Upon submission of this application, the participant agrees to pay 50% of the total ticket price as a deposit. This deposit is:
-
Non-refundable in the event of selection; or

Fully refundable in the event of non-selection.
This partial payment serves as a security deposit and confirms the participant's intent to attend. Participants who are not selected will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
3. Remaining Balance Upon Selection
Upon notification of selection, the participant agrees to pay the remaining 50% of the ticket price within 3 calendar days. This second payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal cancellation or inability to attend.
